Description

Ring in 2024! Instead of the typical New Year's Resolution activity, try something different by introducing your upper elementary kids to the concept of a vision board. A vision board is a visual tool to help students display their goals and dreams for the upcoming year. Sometimes people cut out images or print them from the computer, but with this poster students are instructed to use words or pictures (which can be illustrations). They should then think about their hopes, goals, dreams for a perfect year. What would that entail? What do they visualize?

The 2024 vision board is designed in a fun and whimsical doodle style, so kids can add their own creative touches with color. The completed activity will make a fun and colorful hallway or bulletin board display for the new year.

NOTE: This was originally designed to be a play on the 20/20 vision and it being perfect vision. It was originally only for the year 2020, but I had a lot of requests to make it for other years even though it wasn't 20/20 vision. It would still make a great vision board. So, it's now available in an updated version.

Will this be updated every year? Although there is no guarantee that I can remake this each year, as life happens, I will do my best. Please know that you are purchasing this for ONE year and it may be updated. I have been able to update it now for 4 years. Thank you for understanding.

The directions for the 2024 vision board poster say the following: A vision board can help you focus on your goals and dreams. Use words and pictures to create a 204 vision board for each of the areas below.

The different sections on the vision board are: home, school, friends, hobbies, character traits, other. ------ I also included a copy that does not have any headings on the boxes. Students can choose to do their own categories.

Have a happy and blessed New Year!
