Hey educators!
Thanks for checking out my 5 Little Bunnies Song Adapted Book! Students will enjoy reading or singing the cute Easter song! This activity would be perfect for April, Easter or as a fun literacy or music activity! You can read this nursery rhyme book as a class lesson, during circle time, 1:1 to assess reading, or have it as an independent activity!
This adapted book also comes with a complimentary worksheet! Students will count the bunnies and draw a line to the corresponding number.

EASY PREP
- Print the adapted book and worksheet
- Cut out the adapted book pages & PECs. Decide if you want to start using the picture PECs or the word PECs
- Laminate each sheet and the PECs so you can reuse it year after year & student after student!
- Cut around the laminated pieces
- Add hard velcro on the back of the PECs & soft velcro on the squares of the book.
- Bind together with coils OR hole punch for duotang/binder.
HOW TO USE: ADAPTED BOOK
- Student will read the sentences OR they can listen to the song & follow along!
- Student will remove the PEC from the right side, to match under each picture. Repeat!
- Once the students are proficient in matching picture to picture, switch out the PECs for the word PECs. This makes the students attend more to the words on the page!
HOW TO USE: WORKSHEET
- Students count the bunnies and draws a line to the number (1-5)
