Achleil Lo Dachleil ~ Iranian Folk Song~ SMARTBOARD~ "fa"-titi & ta - maps

Brought to you by Kodaly Music With Mrs Perry, this lovely traditional song from Iran is sung in Farsi. But, don't let that scare you. It is easy to sing and, since it is totally done in an echo pattern, you can sing it and the students can copy you. It is sung slowly and is best sung with a drum accompaniment. You can use this for beginners and simply teach echo singing, focusing on lovely sound and read the simple rhythm of ta and titi. You can also use it for older students by reading the either the solfedge or absolute notes, which include low so, do,re, mi, fa, and so.

It is interactive with positive sounds built in when students tap on "fa" on the solfedge page. The same occurs when students tap on the "G"s on the absolute note page. There is an accompaniment page offering two drum parts, one of which is a simple beat. The other contains ti tika. In addition, two xylohpone parts are included, again, one simple and one more complex. You choose which to use.
