Addition Bump- Spring Garden Theme Math Dice Game

This Spring Theme Garden Bump dice game is the perfect way to practice those addition skills.

There are two versions included in this Follower Freebie- Roll 2 dice and then add 1 to the sum and Roll 2 dice and then add 4 to the sum.

There are two full color versions and two black and white versions.

Here is how to play:

Your students will need two dice and they will work in partnerships of 2. The first person rolls the dice and adds the two numbers together. They then add that number to however many extra the game board says to add. For instances if they roll a 2 and a 3 and the game rule says add 1 more, they will have 2+3+1= 6.

Students then put their counter on the 6. Their turn is then over. If Player 2 gets a 6 as well, they can BUMP Player 1’s counter off the board. If Player 1 gets a 6 again they can put 2 counters on the spot. Once a player has 2 counters on a number it is LOCKED, and they cannot be bumped from that spot.
