Algebra 1 Pacing Guide

The extensive list of Algebra 1 TEKS can be overwhelming to teach in one school year. If you're lacking in guidance from your district, the attached document may be just what you need to help plan out your year.

This pacing guide provides you with how I have taught Algebra 1 for the past few years. I've included a breakdown of which TEKS fall into which units, and how long I spent on each unit. I've also included a calendar, divided into four marking periods, showing what I cover every day for the 37 weeks of instruction throughout the school year. This calendar includes initial teaching days, practice days, quizzes, and tests.
