Animals are fascinating to read about, but buying class sets of books can be quite expensive! This nonfiction text unit on animals in winter may help. It would be a great addition to a nonfiction text study, animal unit, or winter unit.
This text covers the topics of migration, hibernation, and adaptation. The following animals are discussed: birds/geese, monarch butterflies, bats, groundhogs, ladybugs, bears, squirrels, deer, foxes, fish, and snowshoe hares.
This book study includes:
