What concepts do you review the first week back to school in Algebra 1?

This is a foldable designed to review all of these concepts plus more the first days or so of Algebra 1.

Other concepts included are:

• Plotting Points
• Exponent Basics (student defines exponent, labels a schematic with coefficient, base and exponent, evaluates a few expressions with exponents and rewrites expressions involving exponents),
• Order of Operations (student fills in the order and then works 5 examples)
• Integer Operations (number line included, student writes down rules and then works 11 examples)
• Translating Expressions (student writes down key words and then works 6 examples. "Equal to" is included).

The pages in the foldable can be completed in any order OR could just be assigned as a review. To put the foldable together, just print off the 4 pages front to back, fold on the fold line, insert the pages inside of each other and staple at the top. Then label each page. Directions and photos of completed foldable included (and can be used as a key). 8 concepts reviewed - 13 pages.
