What educators are saying

Beautifully done, so useful. I bought a few others and this was so easy to use compared to the other documents.
This is a great resource when you are teaching students to read multisyllabic words. It helps them make connections between how you break a word apart. It also helps them read the word easier if they can see the spelling patterns in each syllable. It is also a great center.

Description

This phonics packet focuses on breaking down 20 multi-syllable words for students struggling with this skill. The activities include:

**UPDATED 2021 - I've included Seesaw links to puzzle activities.**

- Syllable puzzles. Puzzles that break down longer words into syllables.

- Four in a row game. Students can play with a partner, find specific syllables or endings, and read the word out loud.

- Worksheet. Students count syllables, then break down the words into syllable parts.

- Twenty (20) word cards.
