What educators are saying

This resource was well developed, made sense to their age group and was engaging. Love this resource!!
I genuinely love using this resource in my classroom. It is so much easier to just send these notes home then having to write up a note for the families.

Description

EDITABLE change of clothes notes and labels. Help students be prepared for whatever messes come their way this school year! All documents are in black and white and can be printed on neon paper for a pop of color! Tweak the note to fit the needs of your classroom! This file opens in Microsoft Power Point where you will insert text in provided text boxes. **UPDATE (as of 8/4/2021) By request, I have added additional pages that ask for parents to bring a mask for their child (in case they get it dirty, lose it, etc.)

Included:

Change of Clothes note - Send home during the first week of school or have ready on meet the teacher day! Prints four on a page. I have pre-typed the note but text is editable. Asks for parents to bring a full set of clothing (shirt, pants, underwear, and socks).

Oops! note - Staple to plastic bag of students' dirty clothes when they have an accident. Prints four on a page. Text is editable. It asks for clothing to be washed and a new set to be brought. You can check off how the clothes got dirty and circle what clothing item needs to be replenished.

Extra Clothes labels - Type students' names or hand write the labels. Print on neon sticker paper and stick labels on large ziploc bags for the clothing. (Or you can use clear packing tape over the label if you don't have sticker paper!) You can use pink labels for girls and blue for boys so you can find the clothing quickly! Keep all the bags in a large storage tub so you know right where they are! Labels print six on a page.

*These files are for personal/classroom use only. If you would like to share these files with another friend/teacher, please buy additional licenses. Thanks & enjoy!!
