This is a very eye opening area for those under 18. Typically it is thought that they have very few rights until becoming adults. While it is true that they have less rights than adults, they still have constitutional rights. In fact, these rights have been getting stronger. For example, juveniles can no longer be subjected to the death penalty nor can they be denied the possibility of parole. Adults do not have these two rights.
