Do you want to encourage your students to build healthy coping strategies for managing tough emotions and stress? Use these coping skills posters! Display the ABC posters in the classroom to provide social-emotional support to all students, use as a bulletin board, post in a calm-down area, or create a booklet to discuss one per day with your learners.

Two unique sets of ABC posters are included. You can choose to display all 52 posters, or select your favorites to create an alphabet set from A-Z.

How Can I Use Coping Strategies Visual Posters?

You can use these posters in multiple ways to integrate social emotional learning into the classroom. Here are some simple suggestions:

  • Post these posters around the classroom or school to provide reminders about coping strategies.
  • Post in a calm down area, office, counseling social work room, or anywhere else to provide reminders about coping strategies.
  • Create a coping strategies bulletin board.
  • Post one poster a week or month, highlighting (and practicing) each of the coping strategies throughout that time period.
  • Use the black/white version and have students color as you discuss each skill.
