Creative Curriculum "Learning at Home" Work Journal: PETS

Do your students love to draw and color and be creative?? As a prekindergarten teacher, I always want my students to write, draw, or color every day so that their hand muscles can continue to develop! I created this work journal as a way to do that while supporting the daily Creative Curriculum lessons. Each of the 28 pages was designed to support the 28 days of instruction for the "Pets" study. The pages tie into the books that are read each day or the small group activity. They may even connect to a nursery rhyme or song performed during circle time! Your parents and caregivers will love the simple directions as they support their child (under your direction) with distance learning! Are you already back in the classroom? These work journals can be used there as well! I have added a different booklet cover for those who are back to teaching in person!

Finished product - In my classroom, printing journals like this on 11x17 paper (folded) in booklet form works best! It is my hope to continue writing these work journals for additional studies!
