Use task cards for group discussion. Give each group one or more task cards to discuss the topic. This is perfect for ESL speaking and conversation practice, or just use as a way for students to brainstorm for ideas before writing their responses. Keep task cards on hand for early finishers to do some creative writing practice.
Individual writing sheets are perfect to distribute for a quick writing activity or bell work. Have students gather all their completed papers and create a booklet with their writing samples.
Use the digital version for homework assignments and to give them keyboarding practice as well. These can also be put into a digital portfolio of all their writing activities.
