All 100% Editable!

My Favorite Way to Use This Resource

Students keep their point sheets in a binder, called a "Readiness Portfolio". I have students graph their daily points at the end of each week, then we compare their graphs to the ones created by the spreadsheet. We print all their graphs at the end of the month, add them to the portfolio, and have a mini-conference on their progress and what the graphs tell us about how they are doing. Over time, we begin comparing graphs month-to-month. For older students, I have them present their Readiness Portfolio at annual IEP reviews.
