Looking for editable visual schedule cards to showcase your classroom schedule and answer your students' frequent questions about daily activities, recess, and lunchtime?
These daily schedule cards are great for teachers in Preschool, PreK, Kindergarten, elementary grades and Special Education! I've included matching picture sets for teachers AND students, so if required you can make a visual schedule for individual students to view upcoming tasks and activities. This resources has always been a MUST HAVE resource in my classroom, I hope you find it helpful too!

- 150+ Editable teacher labels
- 150+ Editable student labels (match the teacher schedule)
- The labels are divided into sections such as transitions / breaks, daily routines, subjects, activities, other (languages and religious education) and home routines
- Editable time labels with clocks (15 minute increments from 7:00am to 8:30pm, plus blank ones for any other times)
- Editable heading labels (e.g. Monday to Friday, student name cards)
- Editable blank cards for any niche activities (you can add your own photos or clip art to these)
- Editable home routine cards (combine them with the other cards to create a homeschool or distance learning schedule)
- Sample daily schedules and editable schedule planners
- Instructions with photos
Notes
- The zip file contains three PDF documents and one editable PowerPoint file
- The folder titled "JPG" contains smaller files sizes (if needed for printing)
- When you open the editable PowerPoint file you'll need to click the box "Enable Editing" at the top so you can make changes to the text
- Some of the labels can now be edited in the PDF file too
- I used the Scholastic Daily Schedule Pocket Chart for my schedules
- You can also display your schedule on a bulletin board (attach velcro) or whiteboard (attach magnetic tape)
- There's a version with only blue borders, personally I prefer having a different color border for breaks and transitions. But it's up to you which you choose.

The sizes may vary slightly depending on your printer settings. I usually select scale to fit to make them slightly larger.
