Description

Fractions of a set (fractions of a group) are a tricky concept for students! Using hands-on materials, students explore set models with problems similar to one-half of 12. NOTE: To take full advantage of this resource, you will need to have physical manipulatives for the students to use. The digital version has movable counters.

INCLUDES:

☀️ 32 colorful cards with set model problems (e.g., one-half of 8, two-thirds of 12)

☀️ 4 part/whole work mats (halves, thirds, fourths, and fifths)

☀️ Student instructions card

☀️ Google Slides file with 32 slides containing all of the cards listed above and movable bear counters
