Greek and Latin Roots: Literacy Center: Grammar Game: 4th grade, 3rd, 5th

Have fun with this Greek and Latin Roots Memory Game! Although I made this for a memory game, feel free to be creative and use it for other activities, such as for matching up partners (give one card to each person in class, match up for a partner activity), use them for a writing topic in a writing center, or for lots of other uses.

This is a set of 24 Greek and Latin Roots cards (12 sets) that are fun and colorful. Each set has a picture card along with a root meaning and then the matching Greek and Latin root.

Please note that I print mine in color, so students will see the matching roots have matching colors. BUT, you can also set your printer to black and white and print these on white paper so the matching roots don't have matching colors. It's up to you.
