Guided And Independent Reading Conference Log

This log serves as an anecdotal record for an individual student. It contains guided reading/independent reading reference notes, as well as, ten meeting dates where you can list Strengths, Teaching Points, and notes for future conferences. Just print one out for every student in your class and you have combined records of anecdotals done during guided reading and independent reading for one child in ONE PLACE! GREAT when conferencing with parents and doing report cards. Your notes are all in one area and growth can be noted each time you meet with your student. Adjust to suit your needs.
