    Description

This kindergarten math bundle is packed with materials to help you teach five units: Counting and Cardinality (numbers 1-10), Teen Numbers, Geometry (2D & 3D shapes and positional words), Measurement, and Addition and Subtraction. With worksheets, activity cards, anchor charts, posters, and more, this kindergarten math bundle will give your students the practice they need to master standards and become confident mathematicians.

This bundle is aligned with the Common Core Math Standards for kindergarten but is useful for any classroom teaching these foundational math skills and concepts.

What’s included in this kindergarten math bundle?

This set includes five kindergarten math units:

✅ Counting and Cardinality (Numbers 0-10)

✅ Teen Numbers (Numbers and Operations in Base Ten)

Geometry (2D and 3D Shapes and Positional Words)

    Measurement

    Addition and Subtraction (within 10)

Each unit contains a variety of materials including:

Anchor Charts, Posters, & Visual Aids
These display items encourage the use of math vocabulary!

    Printable Worksheets
Presented in various formats, these worksheets offer ample opportunities for repeated practice of each skill.

    Turn and Talk Cards
These simple prompts ensure that you are always ready to get your students thinking and talking about math.

    Move and Learn Cards
These activity cards give energetic students a chance to physically engage with math concepts.

The variety of activities allows for differentiation and repeated practice—both key to kindergarten math success! Please see the preview file for examples of the included materials.

How do I use this kindergarten math bundle?

The materials in this set can be used alone or as supplements to another kindergarten math curriculum. They are best paired with a lot of hands-on practice using manipulatives.

When introducing a new kindergarten math unit, display the posters, vocabulary words, and other visual aids in an accessible place so you and your students can refer to them frequently. Model using these aids as you talk about math with your students and add class-made anchor charts as you complete them.

The kindergarten math worksheets included in each unit can be completed in whole or small-group settings. It is often helpful to introduce a new format with a small group (or using a projector) before allowing students opportunities to work independently.

Each unit includes a set of Turn & Talk cards and a set of Move & Learn cards. Prepare these by printing them on cardstock, cutting them apart, and securing them with a binder ring. Keep these cards where you conduct your math mini lessons. The activities on these cards are great to use as warm-ups to math lessons and are also useful fillers when you have a few minutes before a transition. If you save the activity cards from unit to unit, they also make a fantastic way to quickly review previously taught content throughout the year!
