Description

This all in one kindergarten portfolio is the perfect way to assess and showcase students' skills at at the end of the school year. This is an excellent resource to send off to their first grade teachers to show what each student is capable of at the end of kindergarten. Parents also love receiving these activities and assessments that their students complete.

All the planning and prep work are done for you! Students can complete the assessments, activities and writing prompts, and then you compile them into a portfolio for each child.

A kindergarten goals checklist provides a snapshot overview of the goals each student has mastered, and I staple this onto their portfolio folder.

My kindergarten students worked so hard this year, and I love creating these portfolios to show their future first grade teachers what they are capable of.

I also tell my students, “Look how much you have learned this year! You are so smart and I can’t wait to show your first grade teacher!”

My students beam with pride.

I love making a big deal to celebrate their hard work in my classroom!

This folder serves as a great data binder to show parents and administrators as well.

Please note: this portfolio and assessment kit covers many, but not every single standard in kindergarten.
