If printed double-sided, each page has room for 4 problems worth of corrections. On each problem, students will be asked to show their new work, write their old answer and explain what they did wrong, and write their new answer, explaining what they should have done.
I keep a stack of these in my classroom at all times. When students need to make test or quiz corrections, they can grab as many pages as they need and then staple these pages to their original test or quiz.
