Median: Find the Median

This is the game Magic Medians. Students will spin the spinner as directed and then find the median. The student with the highest median gets a point for that round. This includes everything needed for a file folder game. Laminate the cover page and staple it to the front of a file folder. Laminate the spinner and then staple it to the inside of the file folder. Push a metal brad through the center and connect a paperclip to make the spinner. You have to press hard. I always laminate a color copy of the game sheets and staple that inside too. Each student will get a copy of the Magic Medians game sheet. They will play with a partner. This is great for math centers, cooperative activities, review day, etc.
