Mental Health Literacy Workbook (Grade 4 Ontario Health)

This workbook covers the Mental Health Literacy unit in the Grade 4 Ontario Health Curriculum (2019).

In this workbook, students will learn about mental health literacy, including understanding mental health, managing stress, and building self-esteem. They'll explore coping strategies, self-care practices like sleep and exercise, and the importance of social support and mindfulness. Through engaging activities, they'll develop skills to promote their own mental well-being and support others in their community.

There is a variety of readings, short answer questions, cut-and-paste activities, and drawing prompts included to create a varied workbook suitable for many learning styles.

To support assessment practices, Ontario curriculum expectations are clearly identified on each page. A unit test is included at the end of the workbook.
