What happy teachers are saying:

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There was so many options for this product. I am sure I will use it in lots of different ways. This week I used the ready made monsters and some texture plates for my Kindergarteners. I only have them for about 15-20 mins each week and this activity filled that time perfectly. However, if you needed more time filled there is plenty of options there for a fabulous lesson. It was successful at teaching the element of texture I am very happy with my purchase.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was the perfect project to support learning about adjectives. The examples of different monster parts were explicit, yet simple. Children were able to draw a variety of monsters in a very short time. We used white crayons to add the texture, colored some of the main parts with bright crayon, and then did a watercolor wash over the entire monster. I added a graphic organizer where they could use adjectives to describe the details of their monster and then we did a linked writing. It is the perfect October bulletin board.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love how creative, interactive and fun this lesson is. I used it with my 1st grader, as well as sending it home to all of my elementary students, and she loved it. The possibilities are endless! I'm going to hang on to this lesson to use as sub plans and/or as an early finisher activity.
