19 Native Peoples featured on cards: Chemehuevi, Chiricahua, Cocopah, Tonto Apache, Havasupai, Hopi, Hualpai, Maricopa, Mohave, Navajo, Southern Paiute, Pima, Yuma, San Carlos Apache, Papago, Ute, Halchidhoma, Southeastern Yavapai, and Zuni.
Total of Montessori 3-Part Cards feature:
- Card with two titles- The group's self-given name (endonym), and the most prevalent name that outside groups use (exonym) *name given group of people by themselves or other native community and more common name given by outside group;
- Card with photo image of group member(s), represented in culturally historical attire *from the named group.
- Card with a general cultural description of the group.
Cards intended for use in Montessori 3-part lesson. Stickers or mark of same style should be placed on back of card from each set to indicate those particular cards go together.
