Are you looking for a hands on activity on ORDERING NUMBERS FROM 1 - 200 for special education? This activity comes with 128 different task cards that focus on ordering numbers from 1 to 200. There are 4 different sets so you can switch up the task to keep challenging your students! This activity is ideal for the Grade 2 Number Sense: Whole Numbers Unit, especially for students on modified programming or special education.
These task cards have 4 different sets
- Ordering numbers by multiples of 10s
- Ordering numbers by multiples of 5s
- Ordering random numbers
- Ordering random numbers
This activity could also be used to reinforce skip counting by 5s and skip counting by 10s!
PREP
- Cut around each task card
- Laminate so it can be reused year after year!
- Store the cards in a ziploc bag or keyring
HOW TO USE
- Divide the task cards according to their sets (It is colour coded so it doesn’t get mixed up easily)
- Mix up the order!
- Students will arrange the numbers in order from least to greatest
- Challenge your students by asking them to order it from greatest to least!
