Description

Are you looking for a hands on activity on ORDERING NUMBERS FROM 1 - 200 for special education? This activity comes with 128 different task cards that focus on ordering numbers from 1 to 200. There are 4 different sets so you can switch up the task to keep challenging your students! This activity is ideal for the Grade 2 Number Sense: Whole Numbers Unit, especially for students on modified programming or special education.

These task cards have 4 different sets

  • Ordering numbers by multiples of 10s
  • Ordering numbers by multiples of 5s
  • Ordering random numbers
  • Ordering random numbers

This activity could also be used to reinforce skip counting by 5s and skip counting by 10s!


PREP

  • Print 
  • Cut around each task card
  • Laminate so it can be reused year after year!
  • Store the cards in a ziploc bag or keyring

HOW TO USE

  • Divide the task cards according to their sets (It is colour coded so it doesn’t get mixed up easily) 
  • Mix up the order!
  • Students will arrange the numbers in order from least to greatest
  • Challenge your students by asking them to order it from greatest to least!
