Description
This project is PERFECT for a quick and simple end of the year way to reflect and think about the future. I love to do this right before our end of the year share with parents as a way to decorate the hall or classroom.
I start by reading the book "Oh, the Places You'll Go" by Dr. Seuss. Then the kids choose from 5 different style Hot Air Balloons. I let the kids color the balloons in with their favorite colors and patterns. Sometimes I let the kids use water colors or paints to decorate the balloons. I suggest printing them on white cardstock paper.
After, I insert a picture of my students on the balloon to make it look like they are flying the balloon. When they are done just cut them out and hang them up!
There are bulletin board letters, as well as a writing activity included! Great for all grades!
