This Reader’s Theater Package is a great resource to use in your classroom in many ways: science centers, reading centers, literature circles, small group activities, partner’s activities, or teacher table.

It will include a list of Common Core Standards covered in reading, writing, and listening, as well as science. I purposely insert science vocabulary in my scripts, and I include lots of context clues so that students can infer the meaning of the new words. By the time the science lesson starts, the students have already acquired background knowledge.

Reader’s Theater is one of the best tools in the classroom to have students gain fluency, accuracy, and comprehension in reading. It also reinforces listening skills, and teamwork.

If you are a bilingual teacher, all my scripts are written in both languages so if you need the Spanish version, you can purchase it in my store. :)

Hope you and all your kids enjoy a little drama! :)
