Description

Reading Larger Numbers: - "I Have Who Has" for reading larger numbers when studying place value. The numbers range from hundred thousands to ten billions.

If you love the typical I Have Who Has games that are commonly used in the classroom, this activity works the same way.

For example, the first person would say, "I have the number 4,567,876. Who has the number 1,342,654,345?

You will know you have used all of the cards when the last person says, "Who has the first card?"

There are 32 cards. If you don't have 32 kids in your class, you will want to give some kids more than one card, as you need to use them all for it to work.

The purpose of this game is for kids to practice reading the large numbers aloud. I would suggest having an extra set of cards and displaying them on the overhead after a child identifies themselves and reads their number. This way all kids are exposed to all 32 cards which will reinforce how to read all of the large numbers.
