    Description

    Our resource offers a diverse range of text features and structures, including cause and effect, compare and contrast, problem and solution, description, and sequence worksheets. 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students will master the skill of using context clues and citing text evidence with engaging nonfiction reading comprehension passages and questions. Transform reading comprehension for your students!

    What's included: ✅

    1. There are 20 text features reading passages including both polar animals and bonus holiday themes. Each polar animal passage goes beyond the surface, addressing climate change and its impacts on the environment.
    2. This resource also includes 9 text structure worksheets. Each passage comes with two versions: one with a blank graphic organizer and another with a completed graphic organizer. Additionally, the cause and effect section offers two differentiated versions. After working through each one together, I give the quiz to my class.

    These reading passages range from Lexile levels 530 - 1030, which is appropriate for reading levels that span from the end of 2nd grade through the beginning of 4th grade.
