What educators are saying
This is a great resource to use with other resources on finding an apartment. My students really enjoyed this resource. They were shocked to discover how much it would cost them to live on their own.
Description
Students will interact in a simulated apartment market. There will be several apartments to choose from, as students must factor in their annual salary, expenses, credit score, and other financial dynamics. Renters will use their job earnings in order to determine which apartment is best suited for their particular financial situation. At the end of the simulation, students will state why they chose the apartment that they chose.
