The script is interesting and humorous, and music is high quality, fully orchestrated and exciting! The subject and academic material is based on National Science standards and teaches about rocks, minerals, gemstones, volcanic actions and geological terms.

There are 6 songs: Rock Concert! (show opener), Rock Rap (a rap teaching about the 3 types of rock: metamorphic, sedimentary, igneous) Earth Changes (sound track includes volcano and dinosaur sounds), Gemstones (cute jazz style), My Favorite Rock (beautiful guitar led ballad), Rock Rondo (with rocks as percussion, recorder and tone bar instruments) and the reprise.

The digital download comes with original songs with vocals and accompaniment tracks, lyrics only pages, music with piano, student music pages with vocal line only, and script. By purchasing the digital version, you will need to download all music and pages, then print it, burn a CD or store your mp3s for playback.

The hard copy, also available in my store, is all put together for you in a very nice spiral bound book, shipped in quality protective material. I suggest purchasing the hard copy if you don't want to deal with printing, binding, downloading and dealing with mp3 storage yourself.

This 40-45 minute music program has been performed in several schools in Colorado and across the country and is gaining in popularity. Also included in the kit are stage decoration, costuming, prop and performance suggestions and a worksheet to help students learn the words and terms in "Rock Rap".

The kids LOVE the music which is easy to learn, and they also learn much about geology! Parents and principals love it too!
This program has been very successful in pilot schools so far.

Some of the comments of teachers, administrators and parents are:

Tonight I had the pleasure of going to my 3rd grade son’s Rock Concert. When I first heard about this concert about a month ago, he seemed very excited. I of course was excited for him, but did not think it would be much of an event. Boy was I wrong. This was only the second time this concert has been performed live. I am sure many of you are already aware of her great talents, but I was absolutely amazed at this concert. I can truly say that this was one of the best Rock Concerts I have been to. -Parent of 3rd grader, Highlands Ranch, CO.

Amazing! Remarkable! The kids love it! - Principal, Castle Rock, Colorado

We've gotten nothing but compliments about the show! We have a sub in our building today that saw your show. She didn't realize that you had written it and waited to talk to me to tell me how very much she liked it! We all had such a blast! Since we've been working on nothing else since the first day of school, I asked one of the kids today if they were glad the show was over. He said, "No way! I wish we could do it all again!" High compliments from a 3rd grade boy! - Music Teacher

Our kids will score "off the charts" in science and we will brag on you big time! Those kids totally get it now! Their learning will be so much deeper.
-Science Teacher
