Description

This guide was designed to accompany the 1968 Franco Zeffirelli film adaptation of Romeo and Juliet starring Olivia Hussey and Leonard Whiting. The guide includes primarily simple observation/recall type questions to ensure students follow along and pay attention to the movie; however, there are some close viewing questions that require more critical thinking. Questions are in chronological order so that students can answer as they watch the action. Close viewing questions are in italics and require more student thought and insight into characters and events. Students will generally need more time to answer these types of questions.

THIS GUIDE IS NOT DESIGNED TO REPLACE A READING OF THE TEXT.

This guide contains 50 questions and an answer key.
