Description
This activity has 6 stations, each one reviewing a different topic of safety and sanitation. Each station will take students approximately 4-5 minutes to complete the activity. A worksheet is included so students can take notes at each station.
Station #1 - students will review the proper handwashing method
Station #2 - students will practice the proper handwashing method (I HIGHLY recommend using GloGerm for this station to increase student engagement!)
Station #3 - Resturant Review (edit the word document to use your state's database)
Station #4 - Safety Scenarios
Station #5 - let students practice how to preheat an oven and turn on a burner (edit the steps to reflect YOUR kitchen's equipment)
