Description

This quick and easy progress report template is an editable PowerPoint that can be reused every time you need to write a student's progress report for their IEP! It includes information for students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, or social communication disorders.

All you need to do is change the highlighted portions to your student's name and pronouns, add their progress data as appropriate, then copy and paste it into your special education documenting system!

This progress report template can be used for any grade, but is most reflective of later elementary through middle and high school students (grades 5-12).
