    1. Bedtime Routine Helper:

This easy to use visual schedule can be customized to fit your child's needs. Help establish a bedtime routine that makes night time easier for the whole family!

Print out the page of images and cut them out. Choose 3-4 steps that will become your child's bedtime routine.

    * It works best to laminate them and place velcro dots on the back. However, you can also print them and tape them to the visual schedule.

Place the completed visual schedule somewhere your child can see it every night. If you are using Velcro, you can have your child attach it to the schedule once the step is completed.

Having a predictable routine improves regulation and helps your child know what to expect. The combination of pictures and words make it easy to use, even with children who are not yet reading.

Print this this visual support to use with your children during potty training.
