Description
Students will learn what the Small Business Administration (SBA) is and who runs it, as well as what resources they offer to entrepreneurs. This is perfect for a class in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or Business Operations.
For this activity
- Students will complete a webquest scavenger hunt on the Small Business Administration website - www.sba.gov to independently learn what resources they offer. Students can do this individually or with a partner. You could also divide up the webquest into sections and assign them to different groups to find the answers.
- Once the students have had a chance to find the answers themselves, come back together to go over the answers using the provide slide deck via Google Slides.
- Upon completion, students will have an understanding of what the SBA does and who runs it, what service and resources they offer, and what other local entrepreneurship supports they have locally.

This resource can be used digitally (Google apps) or it can be printed off for students to fill in by hand; just be aware that the students will need to access the internet either way in order to complete the activity. This is a no-prep product; just post or print and go! It would be perfect for independent research, distance learning, or sub plans.
