**Also, an added bonus is to save the boards once this year’s class spends time making them, get them laminated, and use them year after year. If you do that, they are perfect to leave for last minute sub plans if needed.
I designed these with my 4th graders in mind, as the topics included in this bundle are the topics we cover here in the state of GA in the 4th grade. Depending on the state you live in though, these topics might be studied in other grades. I am listing them for 4-5. Please use your best judgment when making a decision as to whether or not you think they will work for your kids based on your own curriculum topics.

Students construct the boards, which my students always love.Each student will get a game board. They will also get a sheet that has 32 answer cards (a couple of games have 28 cards). They will take a few minutes to cut out the answer cards and decide where they want to glue them on their BINGO board. They will mix them up, so that all boards in the class will most likely be different. A few cards will be left over, so not every kid will have every answer on their board.
The teacher then has 32 question cards dealing with the topic, along with the answers printed on the question cards. The teacher will pull one card at a time and read it aloud........... more specific directions beyond this are given in the packet, but hopefully you get the point. :-)
This is a fun way to end a unit a unit on these social studies topics or review before the unit test. Plus, don’t forget these are great to pull out toward the end of the year before your yearly standardized testing when it has been months since you have covered the content.
