What educators are saying

I appreciate the simplicity of the layout and the multiple-choice answers. This resource is easy to read, easy to use, and not visually overstimulating compared to other resources.
My students enjoy this resource. The visuals help tremendously for students who have a hard time grasping the concepts of the questions or visualizing an items to provide certain attributes and details!

Each task card set incorporates lots of visuals, so they are ideal for both verbal and non-verbal students. I have used these products with pre-k/k students as well as special education students, including students on the autism spectrum.

    This bundle includes:

**Click the "preview" button for more details!**

    Each task card includes:

    • A written question (for inferences there are also 3-4 short sentences containing “clues”)
    • A large picture related to the question to increase comprehension
    • Three picture answer choices paired with written words

To use: Print and then cut each page in half on the black line. I typically print on cardstock and laminate OR I print on regular paper and laminate with thick lamination pouches.

    Ideas for Differentiation:

    • Cover the three answer choices as you read the question aloud to your student with the visual aid picture (large picture) visible. If your student is able, s/he may answer verbally or using his/her AAC device without choices.
    • If not, uncover the three answer choices and read the options aloud as you point to each one.
    • If this is too difficult, only uncover two or one choice to start (or offer a prompt such as a gesture or verbal prompt)
    • To make this more challenging, read the questions without showing visual supports and only show visuals as needed.

Here's what educators are saying about this resource :

    • "I absolutely LOVE this resource. I use it all the time. The kids know that this is how we 'warm-up' for speech and I use it for goal data as well. It is by far one of my used resources."

    • "This resource is fantastic! This bundle targets many of my students' goals! The visuals are amazing and the variety of stimuli keep my students engaged and on their toes. I plan on sending mini packets home with my students for further practice. This bundle was a great find :)"
