Description
The Bunny that Went Bonkers: an art, following directions, and writing activity
Your kids are going to love this fun Spring writing activity. Enjoy it any time in April or surrounding months. This bunny writing activity allows students to be creative in an artsy way and in their writing, all while they are following written directions.
(I have listed this activity for grades 3-5, but please use your best judgement on whether it is appropriate for your kids based on the description)
Students are given a blank bunny outline. They will follow the written directions to create their "This Bunny that Went Bonkers ".
Even though the kids are following directions and the bunnies will be similar, there will be many differences depending on the colors they choose and they extra details they decide to add when they finish off their bunny.
After creating their bunny, students can use the writing paper to write about "The Bunny that Went Bonkers...." (Those should be fun and interesting stories as to how this bunny got so crazy) Also, I have included paper without a topic at the top.
These will look so neat hanging on a bulletin board or out in the hallway.
Have fun!
