It's Teacher Appreciation Week, so let your students surprise either you or a former teacher with the Top 10 Reasons they are appreciated.
NOTE: The template itself doesn't specify "week", so it can really be used at any point throughout the year if you want students to show their appreciation towards a teacher.
The text and images on the slides can NOT be edited (file is not editable), but kids can inset text boxes on the digital version within Google Slides in order to type their top ten list.
Need a digital version? In addition to the printable PDF version, I have also included a link to a Google Slide. You will use the link to make a copy for your Google Drive. You can then assign this writing template through Google Classroom.

What does the template look like? This is a basic teacher appreciation writing template displaying ten lines counting down from 10 to 1. It is titled "Teacher Appreciation - Top 10 reasons I appreciate ______". There is a place for the teacher's name and the student's name. The 3 templates are exactly the same except for the image in the bottom right corner. One image is a female teacher, one is a male, and the other has an apple. Also view the thumbnail images above.
This is perfect for morning work, a writing center, homework, or really any time you think you want to work it into your schedule. Teachers are sure to appreciate it. :-)
Once students have taken the time to write and color the sheets, they will make a fun hallway display for teachers to walk by and read, or you could deliver them writings to the teachers' mailboxes, or a third option would be to have each student hand deliver them.
