Do you LOVE the story of the little old lady who was not afraid of anything?

It is THE BEST STORY for Fall!! I love it for sequencing, retelling and getting the kids moving with the rhythm of the story.

I was inspired by the book The Little Old Lady Who Was Not Afraid of Anything by Linda Williams. The book itself is not included.

    Concepts Covered and Materials Include:

    TWO EMERGENT READERS !!!!

Kids love the rhythm of this story, so an emergent reader to take home is PERFECT!!

They will wear out the pages reading and re-reading this one!!

One of the readers is without pictures, so your little illustrators can do it themselves!!!

It's a great activity for engaging them in text to illustrations!!!

    Printable Pack: (42 pages)

Looking for some printables to go along with the story we all love about the little old lady who wan't afraid???

I have another bundle to go along with the story, but it is mostly literacy activities and graphic organizers....this set has more printables with cut and glue and busy work!

I put these materials together for some extra math and literacy work for the week that I use this book with my class!

I also looked EVERYWHERE for FLANNEL BOARD pictures to use for RETELLINGS AND WHOLE GROUP STORY PARTICIPATION...so those are included as well!

I have included ideas that I have picked up from other teachers and favorite ways to use this story to really get children excited about sequencing, retelling and recall!

There is a large "Old Lady" in Color or Black and White

Glue the Little Old Lady to the front of a brown bag and retell and sequence all day long! Kids love using the little bags with a handle on the top to take home and retell the story to their families!
