Description

Play a fun word game in which students must think of words for each letter of the alphabet! This game is the perfect "just for fun" whole class activity to do online (on Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) or in a face-to-face lesson. There are 22 word lists in total which have been put together specifically for younger learners to enjoy.

This resource includes:

  • A link to 22 "Think of a Word" slides on Google Slides
  • A PowerPoint version of the game

There is one slide for each letter of the alphabet except Q and X, but please note that U & V and Y & Z have been paired together (thus, 22 slides in total). For each letter, there are five items on a list for students to think of a word for. Please note that the lists are editable, but no other aspect of the presentation can be edited. Please see the preview.
