If so, this "TOP TEN Things I'd Like You to Know About My Child" is a fun / nonthreatening way for parents to share about their child.
This All About My Child information template is something that can be sent home on meet the teacher day, curriculum night, sent in a Friday folder the first week of school, or really any time you would like to gain information about a child.

What is the title of this writing activity? TOP TEN Things I'd Like You to Know About My Child
There is one typed line per number, but the lines are spaced in a way where parents can really get a couple of sentences for each one if needed by writing one on top of the other on each line. Also, there is a small note at the top of the page that says parents can share less than ten things if they would like.
The text and images on the slides can NOT be edited (file is not editable), but parents can inset text boxes on the digital version within Google Slides in order to type their top ten list.
Is there a link to a Google Slide included? Yes, I have included a link within the pdf file where you can click on it and make a copy of the file if you would like to send it to parents.
A printable pdf file is included if you want to have your parents write the list.
**There is one template but there are 7 different image choices for the image in the bottom right corner of the file.
