Founded in 2012 by economists Tyler Cowen and Alex Tabarrok, and featuring instructors like 2021 Nobel Laureate Josh Angrist, the goal of Marginal Revolution University is to give everyone, everywhere free access to a world-class economic education. Marginal Revolution University has a variety of offerings, including interactive activities, engaging videos that can be shown in the classroom or assigned as homework, professional development training for teachers, lesson plans, and games and activities for the classroom. MRU is a nonprofit project housed at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University.
