**Complete (31 page) 5th Grade NC Science EOG Review Booklet**

I created this review for my students to prepare for their End of Grade Science assessment in fifth grade. I created at least one page to review EACH standard in the NC Science Standard Course of Study:

Weather (Standards 5.E.1.1, 5.E.1.2, 5.E.1.3): 7 pages

Force and Motion (Standards 5.P.1.1, 5.P.1.2, 5.P.1.3, 5.P.1.4): 5 pages

Matter (Standards 5.P.2.1, 5.P.2.2, 5.P.2.3): 4 pages

Energy (Standards 5.P.3.1, 5.P.3.2): 4 pages

Living Organisms (Standards 5.L.1.1, 5.L.1.2): 3 pages

Ecosystems (Standards 5.L.2.1, 5.L.2.2, 5.L.2.3): 5 pages

Evolution and Genetics (Standards 5.L.3.1, 5.L.3.2): 3 pages

Classroom Use

I printed these in black and white and bound them into EOG review packets for my students. Each day we reviewed a standard and completed the notes together. By the end of the review, they had a booklet of everything they should know and understand for the NC End of Grade science assessment.
