There are five 8th grade summer escape rooms. There is one summer escape room for each domain in 8th grade math common core.

Easy to Use

• Assign your students the 8th Grade Escape to Summer Google Form using Google Classroom or whatever learning management system you use.

• Students will enter Classroom 1 and complete the problems and find the matching answers in the classroom. Students write down the letter that matches the answer. The letters for problems are typed in the Google Form in order using capital letters and no spaces. If the code is correct students move to classroom 2 and continue until they complete all classrooms.

• Print out a recording sheet for all students. Students show work and record the letters for the code on the sheet.

Easy to Grade

These are self-grading activities. Students are not allowed to go to the next room unless they have the correct code. Check under Responses to find the names of students who finished.

Students who do not finish can turn in their recording sheet for credit. A pdf copy of the answers and codes are provided.
