Description

Students add, subtract and multiply fractions on holiday themed math ornaments in this festive math activity that doubles as Christmas holiday classroom décor. This mini-bundle includes 72 fractions math ornaments -- 20 for addition, 20 for subtraction, 20 for multiplication and 12 blanks for your own handwritten problems.

In the addition and subtraction sets, all problems have unlike denominators that are related so that only one denominator needs to be changed in order for the two fractions to have a common denominator. In the multiplying set, students show multiplication with the area model by coloring the areas of both fractions (and their intersection) on a common denominator grid.
