What educators are saying

This was a fun art bundle to use right before break. It gave students many options to chose from and let them be creative and relaxed during a time that can be very stressful. Some students even took their projects home as gifts for family members.
This was a wonderful resource for my class! It was engaging and helped my students with the skills we were working on.

    Description

If your kids love making art (and who doesn't!), this Christmas Bundle is perfect for you! It is a collection of six of my most popular Holiday art activities for the classroom teacher. Each lesson is unique, fun, and easy.

You will get each lesson and the instructions, handouts, and videos (where applicable) for a significantly discounted price. Use all the lessons this year or save some for next year.

These lessons are perfect for integrating art into the classroom. I've taken out all the fear of teaching art and made it simple but kept it artistic. Or if you are an art teacher, these lessons will help you survive the busy holidays!

Lesson #1: 3D Pop Art Ornament. This is a Jenny K. original design first introduced to TPT in 2013.

I have included dated editions of a Christmas ball ornament, Christmas tree ornament, and Christmas package ornament.

I have also included a sheet where the date is blank so you can use it every year, and there is a third template for each one that is entirely blank so students can design their Christmas ornament any way they want!

There are a lot of options. The results of this lesson look challenging and complicated, but actually, it's straightforward.

I have included a short video of me demonstrating exactly how to assemble the ornament, so no guesswork needs to be done.

Lesson #2: How to Draw Christmas Pictures. In this lesson, you get six how-to-draw sheets of 6 Christmas symbols. You get one for Santa, a nutcracker, a boy elf, a girl elf, a boy caroler, and a girl caroler.

There are colored examples of each, so you don't have to make an example — print out my colored example and show your students!

I have also included an 8.5" x 11" coloring sheet for each picture.

Lesson #3: Santa Flying Through Famous Art Paintings: Coloring Sheets and writing prompts. This is another unique Christmas lesson that Art with Jenny K. designed and introduced to TPT years ago!

I've added Santa and his reindeer flying through six famous paintings. I have one for "The Scream," "American Gothic," "Mona Lisa," "The Great Wave," "The Persistence of Memory," and "Starry Night."

Each image has a coloring sheet and a writing prompt. For example, Starry Night page asks students to write what Santa saw when he flew through van Gogh's "Starry Night."

Don't worry if you don't know much about these paintings. I've included information about the artists/paintings, along with 8.5" x 11" examples that you can print (or show on your smartboard) and laminate for the kids to see. A fun and unique Christmas art integration activity! I've included a black and white and a colored writing prompt to give you more options.

Lesson #4: How to Draw/Create Pop Art Santa Claus This is a really fun and unique Christmas lesson. There are two options in this lesson. The first is a cut, color, and paste option where students can color the handouts that I have provided that already have the "Pop Art" patterns on them. The second option is for students to draw Santa (broken down in his unit with how-to sheets and examples) and then paint Santa. This is a really fun and unique lesson. Have fun being the "coolest" teacher at your school this Christmas season.

Lesson #5: Quadrilateral Nutcracker  Christmas math. It's a big hit, and your kids will LOVE creating the Christmas art project as well as using my "Quadrilateral train yard" visual handout to answer high-level thinking questions.

Lesson #6: Interactive coloring sheets for Christmas and Hanukkah. Just like all of my popular interactive coloring sheets, no two are ever come out alike! Kids love 'em, and they are easy on the teacher! Writing prompts are included.

I also have a set of Christmas math coloring sheets and a pair of decorations available in my TPT store for even more Christmas/holiday fun!

Thank you for making art with your students!
