Christmas Classroom Guidance Lesson for Cooperation and Feelings/Emotions

This Christmas elementary school counseling classroom guidance lesson is perfect for helping students understand how to work effectively in groups and think about how events relate to feelings. Discuss how we treat one another in small groups first, and then work together to write a story! Student small groups pick their characters (Santas, elves, snowmen, and reindeer) with a variety of feelings and then write a story to explain why their characters are feeling that way. This is a great activity for elementary school counseling classroom guidance or small group counseling around the Christmas holidays!
